Jaime Davison, CPA, CGMA is the President & CEO of My Finance Resource. She is a CFO for hire specializing in healthcare, biotech start-ups. She has more than 20 years of success in heathcare, manufacturing, technology, and B2B service industries. She has worked with start-ups to Fortune 500 companies (Gannett, Quest Diagnostics).

Jaime manages and improves cash flow, implements consistent reporting, prepares diligence materials for mergers and acquisitions and provides an outsourced finance/accounting team solution. Her key skills include: Mergers & Acquisitions, ERP System Implementation, Operational & Strategic Planning, Cost Savings Initiatives, SEC Filing & Reporting, Continuous Process Improvement, Internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Donabella Amores, CPA
VP Bookkeeping & Gen. Manager

Donabella “Dona” Amores is the VP of Bookkeeping and General Manager for My Finance Resource. She is a CPA with more than 17 years in accounting and bookkeeping. Dona is oversees all operations including staff development and supervision of the Philippines subsidiary of My Finance Resource. Dona earned her accounting degree in Far Eastern University in Manila Philippines.

Dona previously worked for an international manufacturing company in the Philippines division in which she was the head of the Finance Department. Dona ensured the company’s Financial Reporting (US and Philippines) were in compliance with all governments requirements. She handled the day-to-day operations of the business office, which included supervising payroll of more than 300 employees, collaborating with other business managers, working with external auditors and monitoring new accounting requirements to determine their impact on the company.

Mayra Rodriguez
VP Operations & CFO

Mayra Rodriquez-My Finance Resource-CFO

Mayra Rodriguez is the VP of Operations and CFO for My Finance Resource. She specializes in all aspects of consulting for start-up company operations. She has more than 15 years of experience helping start-ups with operations from building a customer service team to helping set up a functional warehouse.

Mayra previously worked directly with serial entrepreneurs helping them to realize their dreams and build successful companies. Mayra takes the vision of the entrepreneur and actions it to make it a reality. She is a strong leader and powerful task master to ensure that everyone in the organization is held accountable to their goals.

Mayra ensures our operations with our US clients is handled in a timely manner. She works directly with CEOs and CFO of our clients.

Company History

Our President and CEO Jaime Davison, CPA, CGMA has over 20+ years of progressive leadership and management experience, including: five years in public accounting, five years in the healthcare industry, and six years working for publicly held companies.  Jaime has also worked for two Fortune 500 companies. In 2015, she founded My Finance Resource to bring her wealth of experience to business owners in the Southern California Region.
